Building Ei : Entrepreneurship IntelligenceTM

Raising a generation of Entrepreneurs is quite tough, but Maxplore is doing it quite well. To develop the students to become successful entrepreneurs, their foundation needs to be strong. As they say, ‘When the root is deep, there is no reason to fear the wind.’ Maxplore is making the entrepreneurial roots of the students of St. Xaviers English High School and St. Xaviers Global Academy in Thane, strong with Maxplore Club Module 1.

What differentiates an individual from successful entrepreneurs is not the ability to come up with one big idea but a mindset. A mindset to come up with creative solutions to all sorts of problems and challenges they come across daily; a mindset to stay and believe, when everything is going against them, a mindset to take critical decisions and a mindset to work in a team and lead it.

Of the 3 Modules of Maxplore Club; Module 1 laid emphasis on developing the Entrepreneurial mindset of students. The in-class activities and discussions helped students to become aware of their ability to think creatively. As creative thinking became the way of thinking for students, this out-of-the-box thinking was further directed to enable them to come up with creative solutions to solve problems. As a next step, students were guided to have an open mind and to look at the ideas with an analytical lens.

In each class, various teaching methodologies were used to address all kinds of learners. The interactions amongst the students provided many opportunities to work in a team and know the importance of team-work.

Maxplore Club Module 1 not only helped students to develop their Ei– Entrepreneurship Intelligence™ but also helped in raising their general knowledge about the business world.

Someone rightly said, “It’s not where you came from, it’s where you are going that counts”. In this Fourth Industrial Revolution and Innovation economy, these kids from St. Xaviers are surely going in the right direction by developing their Ei™.

In the coming academic year, Maxplore is launching its Club in various schools. If your child’s school is not in the list, contact us to begin the Entrepreneurial journey of your child.
