Ajinkya exemplifies the Maxplore Spirit, having quit the glamorous corporate life at EY to jump into the entrepreneurial ocean. Combining his Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Consulting side with his experience of teaching the visually impaired, he understands the aspirations of today’s generation.

He is a multi-tasker, never shy of hard work and believes in building lean and dynamic teams (like the one we have at Maxplore). His passion for improving the differently abled sparked the formation of the E-Lab for the differently abled fulfilling his calling of creating an equal society for all.

Ishita Mehta

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Ishita is an entrepreneur by mind and teacher at heart. Being a lifelong learner, she believes knowledge is the only resource that appreciate with time. It appreciates exponentially, more when new branches are added regularly. According to her entrepreneurship mindset was always essential and is more essential in today’s age to convert the generation of followers to leaders.

Full of creative ideas and a diligent executer she brings vibrancy and uniqueness to her work. Having worked in corporates, schools and her family business ventures, she brings expertise from all the worlds to Maxplore. She understands the science and art of learning process and applies them while creating programs and teaching. Yashika Chandna

Yashika’s vision of education has been shaped by the writings of John Dewey and Sri Aurobindo and influenced by the social constructivist theory.

She has rich experiences in curriculum development having helped design curricula for the Sri Aurobindo Center for New Education; The National Institute of Open Schooling; Prakrati School, Noida; and Save our Souls, India. She has also worked as a researcher with Eklavya, Drishtee Foundation and the National Multilingual Resource Consortium. She has conducted workshops / done project work on wide-ranging topics – from storytelling, reading & writing, language acquisition to “Using museums as a resource” and “Effects of home environment on learning of English”.

She holds multiple degrees – M.Phil, M.A., M.Ed, B.El.Ed, and is currently pursuing her PhD and believes in being a learner for life.

Sangeeta Kamath

Sangeeta G. Kamath a Senior Educationist, holding multiple degree/diploma in Computer Programming, LAN Engineering, Marketing Management, Cyber Law and in Entrepreneur Management. She is an authority and a specialist in the education space having more than 25+ years of far-reaching experience.

She has effectively spearheaded Aptech Limited. (A Leader in Computer Education) in Pune, successfully Establishing and running more than 12+ centres. She has been awarded and felicitated by various Enterprises, for her admirable performances in business and commendable contribution in her field. She has also profitably launched various programs for children, which have been adopted by scores of school all over India, particularly in Maharashtra.

Further, as Founder & Managing Partner of Business Boosters Consultancy LLP, she has helped more than 500+ women get on their feet, start and productively run their own Enterprise, helping them with Expansion, Advice and Support, assisting them to set up Centres, Incorporate Systems and Develop Strategies for – Expansion, Better Efficiency and Effectiveness. She is a serial entrepreneur in the Education space having set up and run more than 20+ programmes and businesses over the past 3 decades.

Nitin Potdar

Sagar Associates, Mumbai a leading Indian law firm, he brings with him a wealth of expertise in niche in the arena of Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Direct Investments, Joint Ventures & Foreign Collaborations.  A widely acclaimed foreign investment expert, he’s advised the best of Indian corporate houses and MNCs on intricate matters across verticals of Education, Entertainment, Pharma, IT, FMCG, Engineering, Automobiles and Cement. He’s been recognized by the coveted Asia Pacific Legal 500 and has won accolades from the Chambers & Partner, London for his pioneering consulting work in M & A, FDI, private equity and partnership contracts.

Mr. Potdar is also the founder director of Maxplore School of Business wherein he sets up Entrepreneurship Clubs in Schools for Students of 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th.  Recently they collaborated with E-Cell of IIT Bombay and conducted a Business Model Competition for Schools in Mumbai.  With the advent of Globalisation and Information Technology, the World is at the cusp of Fourth Industrial Revolution that may dramatically reduce existing jobs.  And in order to deal with this dynamically changing business models he believes that we need to engage our next generation with ability to be creative and think differently.  Mr. Potdar has been teaching entrepreneurship Schools and College levels with program titled ‘3i – introspect, ideate and implement’.  Later he designed program for students to think and act like an entrepreneur that involves creative and lateral thinking, identify day-to-day problems and proactively try to solve them.

Mr. Potdar currently he is part of the Entrepreneurship & Startup Sub-committee of CII-Western Region.  He is the Founder Trustee of Maxell Foundation set up to confer Maharashtra Corporate Excellence Awards to inspire next generation entrepreneurs in Maharashtra.   He is a self-taught Artist who recently had exhibited his abstract paintings at the prestigious Jehangir Arts Gallery, Mumbai.   He also serves as the Chairman Gandhi Films Foundation, Mani Bhuvan set up by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru after the death of Mahatma Gandhi.

He has authored several papers & articles on complex issues on Corporate Laws and a book titled ‘Pragaticha Express way’ on Entrepreneurship. Currently, he writes a column on Startup in Maharashtra Times. Dr Ashok Joshi is a technopreneur, investor, philanthropist and one of our brightest minds in technology. He has issued over 100 US patents to his credit and is currently president of Mictolin Inc. His body of work includes founding six technology companies in the US, 3 of which he sold and in 3 he continues to be a stakeholder. He is also engaged actively in many charitable, educational and societal development endeavours, both in his hometown Utah as well as in India.

Mukund Karanjikar

Visiting Faculty at Harvard University

Mukund Karanjikar, PhD, is an American Entrepreneur. He is passionate about innovations that lead to environmental and societal sustainability. He also serves as a visiting fellow in energy innovations ecosystem at Harvard University and as adjunct faculty member at the University of Utah. He has been instrumental in creating spin-off companies based on academic innovations. He is an inventor on more than 15 patents. He has co-authored a book titled: Conquering Innovation Fatigue (with Jeff Lindsay and Cheryl Perkins) published by Wiley and Sons, New York. He has served as a member of experts group on energy technology at the International Energy Agency and was invited to serve on Industry Inspired Basic Research panel by the Industrial Research Institute.

He also served as the elected chair of the Management Division at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from University Institute of Chemical Technology (Mumbai) in 1999 and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 2005.

Shailesh Haribhakti

Mr. Haribhakti brings a wealth of experience in financial services with special expertise in new business models. His career spanning more than 4 decades glitters with many firsts and distinctions that include successfully introducing innovative services.
He is currently focused on SME Ecosystem Transformation and Mentor Capital provision. He also plays a key role in framing regulations and standards for leading forums and regulatory bodies. These include ASSOCHAM, CII and the Indian Merchants’ Chamber.

He is currently Chairman of National Pension Scheme trust and Member of Pension Advisory Committee (PAC) of Pension Fund Regulatory & Development Authority (PFRDA). He also serves as director on the board of ten large Indian companies. He has also been visiting faculty at IIM-Ahmedabad and is frequently invited to speak at seminars, conferences and training programs.

Dr Chandrahauns Chavan

Dr. Chandrahauns Chavan is Professor & Director of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. He has doctorate in Business Management and M. Phil, in Business Administration. He has been listed in Top 50 national personalities in India Matters (Biographic Compendium) for enormous contribution to Nation and iconic intervention in India’s Progress in 2007. He received International Youth Fellowship from World Education Leaders forum held at Germany 2015.

His research area is Information Technology /MIS,SCM, E-commerce and Entrepreneurship Management. He has designed, developed number of courses and organised many programmes on Entrepreneurship and initiated various activities to promote Entrepreneurship . Authored nearly 107 Research papers in International & National Journals and authored and Edited Five Books on diverse subjects. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of industry and Academics in management education. He is Certified Corporate Director from World Council of Corporate Governance (UK).

He is also the Chairman on Board of studies in System Management and Academic Council member, University of Mumbai , Member of board of studies Pune University, RRC Research and Review Committee member on Mumbai , Pune and SNDT University and executive board member of Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). Rajesh Batra

Batra Group Chairman

A BSc graduate from Elphinstone College in 1975, he holds a Diploma in Systems Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute. A keen tennis enthusiast, Rajesh has won many International Junior titles representing India and was ranked Maharashtra State Number One and State University Champion in 1974. He was ranked the top 5 in India from 1976-77

His tennis background led him to found the sports brand, Proline, along with his brother in 1983. Today he actively oversees all aspects of the Group as well as engaging in a wide array of philanthropic activities. He serves as a trustee on several charitable trusts and promotes sports through the Ram Batra Memorial Foundation where deserving youngsters are given scholarships to enable them to achieve their dreams.
